Hello, I am planning to come to China from Mid December 2024 to the first week of February 2025. I am hoping to see golden snub nosed monkeys in the wild and take photos of them in the snow. I am also interested in seeing other Chinese animals such as takin. Will you be running any tours in Wanglang nature reserve during the December and January?

Thank you for your interest in visiting Wanglang National Nature Reserve to see the golden snub-nosed monkeys and other wildlife!
We do offer private tours to Wanglang during December and January, and these months are actually excellent times to spot the monkeys in the snow-covered forest, which makes for unforgettable photo opportunities. Our tours include guided walks in the reserve, where you’ll have the chance to see not only golden snub-nosed monkeys but also other species like takins if conditions permit.
Please note that winter visits require careful planning, as weather and trail conditions can change quickly. Our experienced guides will ensure your safety while maximizing your chances of wildlife sightings.
To discuss your travel dates, group size, and any specific wildlife photography goals you have, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll send you a detailed itinerary and pricing tailored to your trip.
