We traveled as a family with three generations — grandparents, parents, and a young child — and this 4-day tour was perfect for all of us. Our guide Lily was incredibly thoughtful and patient throughout the entire journey. From the very beginning, she paid close attention to the needs of our elderly parents, making sure there were plenty of rest breaks, choosing gentle walking routes, and even helping them up and down steps with great care. For our child, she was just as kind — engaging him with fun stories about the mountains and rivers, pointing out wildlife, and even organizing a small surprise snack stop that made his day. She also took the time to recommend local dishes that suited everyone’s tastes, including milder options for the grandparents and fun, flavorful dishes like Guilin rice noodles and Yangshuo beer fish for us. Thanks to her warm, attentive guidance, we were able to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery without any stress. It truly felt like traveling with a caring friend.
