Pick up service can be arranged at Guiyang train station or Guiyang airport, our local guide will meet you at the exit with a welcome sign "Guizhou Private Tour". Transfer to your hotel in Guiyang, the rest day is free on your own to explore Guiyang city or rest in your room.
After breakfast, you would be transferred to marvel at a karst wonder, the Dragon Palace Karst Cave. It boasts a large limestone cave with a long underground
river and multiple karst landscapes. You could take a small boat to
cruise into the grotesque and gaudy labyrinth to sight-see the dazzling
stalactite and stalagmite formations, gorges, streams as well as
thundering underground waterfalls.
Then, you will head to explore the Huangguoshu Waterfall, the largest waterfall group in China. Away from several kilometers, you could hear the thunderous roars of the falls. Blessed with typical karst topography, the waterfall enjoys a magnificent fall of 74 meters, with waters rapidly cascading down to the Rhinoceros Pool at the foot, throwing up splashes and sprays up in the air. You could not only gaze at the waterfall from all-round viewing decks, but also venture into the naturally formed Water-Curtain Cave behind Huangguoshu Waterfall to have a close touch of the waterfall, even luckily capture the spectacular rainbow in drizzles.
After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Anshun.
Today, first drive about 2.5 hours to Kaili, 200km east of Guiyang. Kaili is the capital city of the Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture of Southeast Guizhou, and also the base of southeast Guizhou's ethnic culture tour.
Upon arrival, you will first visit Wangba Gejia Village. Gejia people is a branch of Miao nationality, but they have their own language, costume, habits, belief, and etiquette.
In the afternoon, keep going to visit Zhouxi Qingman Miao Village where you can see the whole process of making clothes. (Lunch is include)
Then we will continue to visit Shiqiao Miao Village where you will have a unique chance to learn about the ancient paper-making technique.
After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Kaili.
In the early morning, drive from Kaili to Rongjiang County (About 6hours). On the way, the first stop is to visit Langde Upper village, which is also known as the Miao's Ethnic Village Museum and will present visitors an authentic experience of Miao. As a very popular minority attraction, Langde Upper Village is both mysterious and exciting, featuring Miao style houses "Diaojiaolou".
Next, we will visit Xinqiao Miao village in Datang town, by fortune, we can see a row of girls dressed in mini-shirts dancing together to welcome outsides. Also we could learn different Miao customs in this village, and receive warm treatment from the hospitable Miao hosts. (Lunch is include)
Finally, we go to Rongjiang and our guide will help you check in, and you can explore nearby your hotel or have a rest.
Free on your own to explore Rongjiang until transfer you back to Guiyang for your departure train or flight to your next tour destination.
