Sichuan hot pot (????)
Hot pot is a Chinese soup containing a variety of East Asian foodstuffs and ingredients, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leaf vegetables, mushrooms, wontons, egg dumplings, tofu, and seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping sauce.
The hot pot is one of Sichuan's oldest methods of cooking and is still a popular choice for a night out in Chengdu. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leaf vegetables, mushrooms, wontons, egg dumplings, and seafood. Vegetables, fish, and meat should be fresh. Sichuan Opera is one of the most famous traditional Chinese operas. It was origin in Sichuan province about 1,700 years ago. Sichuan Opera plays an important part of the Chengdu culture and has wide spread in southwestern China - Sichuan Province, Yunnan Province and Guizhou Province.
Sichuan Opera is traditionally enjoyed in a tea house atmosphere, where the audience can relax with tasty snacks and hot tea while enjoying the boisterous performance. Shufengyayun tea house, one of Chengdu's best, is located in the Chengdu Culture Park near Qingyang Temple, a famous Taoist abbey, Wuhou Ancestral Temple and Dufu's Cottage.

I have been in Chengdu for a week, but the reason why I am busy with my work is that I don't have much time to know the city. Although it looks very busy, it doesn't affect my experience of delicious hot pot. Later, we went to the famous Shufeng Yayun to watch Sichuan Opera.
