First, regarding safety for your 1-year-old baby: Jiuzhaigou itself is safe, but the area’s high altitude (around 2,000-3,000m) and the long driving hours can pose challenges for infants. We strongly recommend preparing altitude sickness medication for the baby, taking frequent stops, and keeping the baby well hydrated. Our drivers are experienced with family travel and can adjust the pace for comfort.
For your group of 4 adults and 2 children (1yo and 3yo), we can arrange a spacious vehicle with child safety seats. Please note that the 1-year-old requires an infant car seat, and the 3-year-old needs a child safety seat, which we can provide upon request.
