Anshun Bridge

Overview
Anshun bridge is located at the intersection of Fuhe River and Nanhe River in Chengdu, spanning the Nanhe River. Anshun bridge has a long history. The original architectural traces can be traced back to the Yuan Dynasty, but there is no evidence to refer to when it was built. In Marco Polo's travels, Anshun bridge is one of the four most impressive bridges.

Structure
Anshun bridge has 81 meters long and 6 meters wide, with the style of Ming and Qing Dynasties. The bridge deck passageway and railings are made of greenstone. The railings are carved with plum, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum and other patterns representing Chinese traditional folk culture. Two mythical animals are equipped on the bridge pier. Each side of the bridge has an archaize memorial arch, which highly concentrates the essence of China's national architectural style.

The surrounding area with Anshun bridge as the center has become the representative of night life in Chengdu. There are not only night scenes of Anshun bridges, but also bars everywhere, such as Jiuyanqiao bar street and Languifang bar street. Tourists can drink beer, chat with friends casually, blow the breeze of summer, and view the night scene dotted with dots.
