Overview
Located in Shuijing street, Jinjiang District, Chengdu City, Shuijingfang museum is a museum with the theme of traditional industrial sites and wine culture. Shuijingfang Museum has preserved the 600 year old shuijing street distillery site, and reproduces the traditional brewing techniques of Shuijingfang liquor with a real production scene. 

It is a landmark center and one of the main production sites for the national origin protection of Shuijingfang liquor. Shuijingfang Museum records the brewing history and techniques of Chinese Luzhou flavor liquor, and protects, utilizes and inherits cultural relics, culture and civilization with a development attitude. Here, 600 years of historical vicissitudes are condensed into an eternal picture, showing the eternal legend of Chinese wine culture to the world.

Brand Story
More than 600 years ago, Shuijing Street distillery was established in the center of ancient Chengdu City. Its water source is from the upper reaches of Minjiang River. It is a typical example of ancient wine making workshops and restaurants, which can be called "the first workshop". Under the careful care of the past masters of shuijing street distillery, the intact ancient cellar proves the continuous production and development of Shuijingfang for more than 600 years.

Shuijingfang site museum is a collection of Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall, Intangible Cultural Heritage Demonstration Site, Wine Culture Experience Center and Origin of high-quality Famous Liquor. It focuses on protecting and displaying the original appearance of shuijing street distillery site, a national key cultural relic with a history of 600 years, and reproduces the traditional brewing techniques of Shuijingfang liquor with real production scenes. ".

At present, the museum is divided into the main exhibition area and the auxiliary exhibition area. The main exhibition area is Shuijingfang special culture, and the auxiliary exhibition area is the international multi wine culture theme. The main exhibition area of Shuijingfang is divided into three parts: the protective display of Shuijingfang site, the inheritance of traditional brewing techniques of Shuijingfang liquor, and the cultural experience center of Shuijingfang. The attached exhibition area displays five international high-end distilled spirits, including vodka, whisky and gin, to further enrich people's wine culture knowledge. Shuijing street distillery site has been in production for 600 years from the late Yuan Dynasty to the early Ming Dynasty.
